How many sessions will you require?
The number of sessions required differs from person to person and depends on your general state of health and response to the treatment. Some clients may wish to have a series of sessions close together if they have a specific acute condition they wish to work on, some simply book a session every now and then to maintain health and wellbeing. I am happy to guide you with this and will probably make a recommendation at the end of our first treatment session.

What happens after treatment?
I will ask you to make sure you drink plenty of water after a treatment to help "flush" the body and to aid the detoxification process. Some people report they feel very deeply relaxed and sleepy following a treatment , others full of energy . I ask clients to try and remember any emotional or physical symptoms they experience for the few days after the treatment as this gives a useful indication of healing processes and a guide for future treatments.
